This website has been created to support the initiative of Women on Board, an Association started by five women willing to promote access of women to directorship roles in Belgian enterprises.
Women on Board asbl/vzw was created in December 2009 with the support of the Belgian Institute for The Equality of Women and Men (IEFH/IGVM). It has now started to implement its primary goals:
to create a pool of women board members, and
to facilitate access of this pool to Belgian enterprises.
The purpose of this website is to facilitate the connection of all parties interested in this initiative.
