Marie Evrard (°1962) is partner at Field Fisher Waterhouse leading the Corporate Department. After completing her lawyer training in the USA (one year LLM in Duke and a working experience with a Washington DC tax law firm), Marie developed her strong skills in commercial law whilst at De Bandt for five years.

She then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (then Coopers&Lybrand) and Lawfort, where she developed a specific expertise in corporate law, with particular emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate structuring. She has been giving seminars and written numerous papers on the subject.

Marie is Director of Women on Board, member of the Duke Alumni Association, the Cercle de Lorraine and Guberna.
