A pool of talented women

Women on Board has created a pool of talented women with the necessary competencies, skills and experience to become valuable candidates for board positions within Belgian and foreign enterprises.

Members’ admission is based on objective criteria and our Admission Committee’s advice. A Core Competencies Profile has been defined and is used as reference by both the future Members and the Admission Committee. Our governance is disclosed on this page.

Our commitment as Women on Board :

- Privileged access to our associate members’ profiles and Women on Board’s network ;

- Confidentiality about your search within our pool (any Partner information publicly available shall require the Partner’s prior written consent) ;

- Regular updates about our activities and invitation to our events;

- Visibility for your governance, e.g. by publishing the name of our Partners on Women on Board’s website.

Your commitment as Partner :

- Partnership : we encourage you to communicate any idea or action in relation to our goals;

- Promotion : you promote the appointment of women to your board;

- Values : You act as ambassador of Women on Board by adhering to the diversity and integrity values promoted by our association ;

- Interaction with the candidates : You commit to keep the candidates informed that their candidature to your board is being considered and will seek their agreement before actually introducing their candidature. After an initial contact, proper, constructive and timely feedback will be provided to each candidate, whether or not their candidacy is further considered ;

- Success : You will keep the association informed of one of its member’s election to your board.

Annual fee

An annual fee will be charged to each Partner. This fee currently amounts to EUR 1.000 annually.

If a Partner wants to share more visibility with Women on Board it may become a Sponsor and get visibility on every support of communication (website, event, publications, …) and to annually organize an event for Women on Board, in accordance with its purpose (subject to mutual agreement).. The sponsorship fee will be negotiated with the association.
