On Thursday 2 october, we co-organised the event “The power of Impact and Influence”.
This event gathered women leaders from Proximus Group and Bpost xandy, the Vlerick Alumni (Wo)men in Leadership Club and our Women on Board Belgium community.

140 participants were present, men and women all all united by a shared belief in the massive power of positive influence. ⭐
The panel debate withInge NevenInge AmpeKarel Van EetveltAnne Valérie HeuschenBarney Jordaandiscussed the topics of relationships between board and management, the impact as a board member, the importance of the diversity on board, influencing without authority, board dynamics.
