1.Open Board Mandate 
(Free publication) 

A low-barrier, highly effective way to share your opportunity with our entire network. 

  • The Approach: We publish your board mandate directly to our secure talent pool, inviting qualified, interested candidates to apply. 

  • Publication Fee: FREE of charge. 

  • Success Fee: €2,000 (excl. VAT / BTW) — only payable upon a successful match. Free for Not-for-profit organisations.

  • Added Value Included: A successful match automatically includes a Silver Partnership for one year, giving your organization access to our network, events, and brand visibility.

  • (Note: Free of success fee for non-profit organizations).

2. Refined Database Search 
(Tailored service)

A personalized, proactive search service for boards with very specific, complex requirements. 

  • The Approach: We conduct a targeted search within our database to match candidates specifically with your board’s unique skill gaps and sector needs. 

  • Our Contribution: We filter for specific industry experience, leadership styles, or governance maturity, providing your search committee with a curated long-list of potential board candidates. 

  • Investment: Fixed service fee (pricing available upon request).
